STORY: BEAUTIFUL PEACOCK and SELF REALISED CROW:

   

Once there was a crow, who always wished to be very colourful and beautiful like peacock, parrot and others.  Due to its black colour, crow always feels sad.  But crow wants to find solution to become like other beautiful birds.  Daily after having breakfast, crow used to fly and talk to parrot.  Crow wants solution to become like parrot, but parrot replied that to get answer you approach peacock.  Then crow went to beautiful peacock.  When crow saw peacock, crow feels shame to reach peacock, but peacock asked crow, why are you going away? please sit beside me, tell me what do you want, then crow shared her feelings about beauty.  Wisely replied peacock, crow due to my beauty and looking colourful, my peacock family always in the zoos, and caged.  But crow you are very free bird, you can wonder any where, you never be caged.   Every one wants to touch me, due to lack of freedom, I cannot go any where.   Then crow felt happy and realised her mistake about wrong thinking.

MORAL: BE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE, NEVER COMPARE TO OTHERS

STORY : A FARMER AND RESTLESS GHOST




Once there was a Farmer, he was hardworking and very poor.  He used to work always  in his fields.  He would plough  his fields daily, one day, while he was ploughing, he met a gold coloured box to his plough.  He surprised and opened the box.  Suddenly a big size Devil came out.  Devil laughed and looking the farmer and asked the farmer, "what do you want, whatever you want I will give you", then the farmer felt happy and thought for a while.  Meanwhile, Devil asked the farmer that you should not give me rest and always give me work.  Otherwise, I will kill you and eat you.  Then farmer felt happy and sad.  Farmer asked to build a Mansion then within a fraction of time, devil built it and showed to farmer.  Farmer felt very happy, and second time he asked to give a thousand stacks of gold coins.  Immediately devil did it and gave to farmer. 


Farmer is very happy, but devil is asking always work.  But farmer felt sad and afraid of devil, and thought that if I don't give work, it will kill me.  One day, Farmer asked devil to make straight the Tail of dog.  Devil tried for 30 days, but Devil did not do it.  Devil told the farmer that I can't do it, please excuse me.  Devil went away and Never look back.

STORY: RABBIT AND HER FRIENDS

Once there was a forest, all the animals are very friendly one another, there was a Rabbit lived in the same forest along with her friends.  One day Rabbit was going out for water to drink, suddenly Rabbit saw a big lion running and reaching her very fast.  Rabbit wants to escape from Lion.  Rabbit approached elephant to save her, but elephant said, "I can not save you , I am afraid of Lion".  Then Rabbit approached bear to save her.  But Bear said, " I am very hungry, I need food, I can't move a small step and needs rest".  Rabbit felt sad and thought no friend is helping her.  Rabbit found a bush, Rabbit hid under a bush, lay very still.  Lion didn't find Rabbit, and passed away.  

MORAL: One should not depend on others, survive by oneself.

ENGLISH-SUBJECT&PREDICATE

What is a subject and predicate?

Generally, we use to speak and write sentences.  In which, each sentence has two parts. One is Subject and another one is predicate.  In a sentence, the part about which we are speaking about and the second part which tells about the subject is called predicate. 

Read the following sentences and understand the subject and predicate:

* The sun rises in the east

* He has a good memory

* My brother fired a bullet into the air

* All the planets revolve around the sun

* You stand on the chair

* sit down

* Thank her

* you thank her


ENGLISH-TYPES OF SENTENCES

What is a sentence? Types of sentences.....

1) Sentence Meaning

2) Interrogative sentence

3) Imperative sentence

4) Exclamatory sentence


                 Sentence is one which makes a complete sense, .....Rohith got 99 marks in Mathematics.

Which gives a complete meaning.

Interrogative Sentence:    When we find a question sense....that is a sentence which asks a question.

Ex: Where are you going?

Imperative/Declarative Sentence: A sentence that makes a statement.  


Exclamatory sentence: When we understand that the sentence expresses a strong feeling, the sentence is Exclamatory sentence.

IMPORTANCE OF ENGLISH GRAMMAR

Effective communication is possible when the sentences used are grammatically correct.  Grammar plays an important role in our daily life.  It gives a strong foundation for effective expressions. There will be a clarity of an intended message with the help of English grammar.  Grammar makes the written sentences more interesting and readable.  Nowadays, in every aspect of life, grammar is very useful.  To get a better employment opportunity, one should have better English grammar.  To become a very good leader, one should express without grammatical errors. English grammar is like traffic rules which we obey in our daily life.  Unless we follow traffic rules, there will be a probability of accidents.  Likewise, we also fail in our daily life situations without having knowledge of English grammar.



When we look at the world, we observe different people from different ethnicities.  To connect these people English language is very helpful.  When we are pursuing higher education, we don't get the education in regional language, one must have command over the english language.  Similarly, a lot of information is available in english language only.  Students studying in universities coming from different regions, the communication is easy and meaningful when they are using english language.  There is a lot of difference between native english speakers and non-native english speakers.  Native english speakers include a grammatical structure in their speaking and writing unknowingly, but the non-native english speakers must learn thoroughly from basics to the advanced structure of english grammar.  As we know that grammar is the basic structure of a language.  Unless the spoken or written words are grammatically correct, communicated information will be meaningless. 



Those who are speaking without knowing english grammar, we use to observe their mistakes like an improper structure of sentences, mistakes in using tenses, avoiding articles where articles are needed, wrong presentation of direct and indirect speeches,
